I cannot say enough good things about Griffis Auto Clinic. Anytime I need service they are accommodating and very efficient! Their expertise and attention to detail is outstanding! As always another great job! Thank You! Thank You!
I walked into Griffis Automotive Clinic looking for an answer to a problem our auto had for several years. Two dealers and a local franchise repair shop could not determine the problem and one gave a quote of $700 with no assurance that the problem would be remedied. I assumed that the transmission was going due to the sluggish response and difficulty of climbing inclines. In 40 minutes Griffis diagnosed the problem and repaired the auto in a few days while waiting for one part. The auto has not run this well in the past 5 years! They also called several days later just to see if there were any questions and to make certain the auto was running as it should. Finding a mechanic: easy. Finding honest answers, knowledgable mechanics, fair prices, courteous and a CLEAN clinic: Priceless!!
(This comment is coming from a mechanic in a different industry. ) This was the first time in 7 years that I let someone other than the dealership do work on my 06 Tacoma. I was very pleased with the professionalism by the owner David, the service manager Kelly and the mechanic Troy who listened to what I wanted done with some upgrades to my suspension. Not only did they do an EXCELLENT job, the price was very fair compared to the dealership. This is a QUALITY locally owned shop that I would recommend you should support. As a professional mechanic, I know quality and these guys are it !
I have to say that I was very happy with the service here. I have ben to some of the “beter known” places in the area but they just couldnt provide the personal service that I really loved here. I think I found a new place that I can trust my vehicle to.
David has been working on my vehicles since 1990……………. needless to say I’m NOT going anywhere unless he is there. I LOVE the new location, the techs are great and the family atmosphere and TRUST is something the Dealerships can NEVER duplicate!!!

While desperate to find a mechanic who was “Honest” we contacted some friends on Facebook who said we have just the person. Then they said something that till this day I have not forgotten. They said “Griffis…They charge half of what everyone else is charging and they did and still have”. Everytime I have a problem that is where I go…They are the publix of the automotive industry, even calling after a couple of days to check on your satisfation. I truely love the fact that there is a window where you can look down on the mechanic that is working on your car. Not like other places I have been where your car disappears and then they walk out and say this is what is wrong with your car, and you have no way of knowing what is the truth. They are family owned and the fact that it was my third time there and they remembered my son and the fact that he had special needs ment I wasn’t just another sale. Ever since I have started going there if someone says where do you take your car I say “Griffis…They charges half of what anyone else charges”. I took my car into Griffis Automotive last year, and it was one of the best customer service experiences of my life. They talked to me like a person, and not a dollar sign. They made me feel like I was doing them a favor by trusting them with my car. They worked around my schedule. They took the time to show me what was wrong with my car, and explain what my best option was. I feel perfectly comfortable recommending Griffis Automotive to everyone I know….
About a week ago, me, my dad, and a friend of mine were driving down from Macon GA to attend Autogeek’s Detail Fest and Car Show down in Stuart, FL. We were a little over halfway there when we heard a strange noise coming from the rear of the car. The noise got progressively louder as we traveled down the turnpike, so we decided to get off and see if we could find a place to get it fixed. As we limped down a road that ran off of the turnpike, I noticed a billboard advertising the local Ford dealership. We gave them a call to see if they could help us, but they were closing in an hour and they were not open the next day. Luckily, the gentleman we spoke to gave us a number to a local shop specializing in Ford vehicles. That place was Griffis Automotive Clinic. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel at home. Let me tell you, being broke down in a place far away from home where you don’t know anybody is a terrible feeling. Luckily, our problem was a bad rear wheel bearing, so the damage was minimal. We were back on the road in no time thanks to David and his crew. They were very professional, and they didn’t gouge us on a price like most places would to people traveling through. We can not thank them enough for their help. If it wasn’t for them, our weekend would have been ruined after 2 months of planning and anticipation. Again, thank you so much Griffis Automotive Clinic!! You all were truly a blessing to us.

I love this place!! I was referred here by a friend and was told that they did great work in a timely manner and I was not disappointed. I brought my jeep cherokee in for some work and they did a great job. I later brought my wifes neon in for some service and again they did a great job with her car as well. I have referred my boss and a few other friends to Griffis Automotive and they all had the same experience as I did. You guys are doing a fantastic job and you will have my business for years to come. Thanks again!
I had taken my car to the “big yellow box store” twice, charged both times, and did not get my hesitation fixed. I found Griffis Automotive Clinic and after one trip, problem solved. I always feel uneasy talking to mechanics, but Griffis Automotive Clinic is family owed, and operated. They made me fell right at home. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for you help!
While on vacation our motorhome broke down (major engine trouble). We were told about the quality work done at Griffis Automotive Clinic, and boy were they right. Excellent work, friendly surroundings. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone for repairs. Thanks again Griffis family!
I love Griffis Automotive Clinic! They are fast, courteous, extremely professional, and willing to do what it takes to accomodate the customer. This place has great customer service and they make you feel good about leaving your vehicle with them with no worries. The intake gasket on my truck needed to be replaced, I was in a bind vehicle wise, they had it done quickly and I was back on the road. Much thanks to Dave and Melanie!!
Great service! Appointment worked around my schedule, in and out fast. Today was a wheel alignment with state of the art equipment. Add a good mechanic to make the adjustments to get a truck that drives straight. Nice large, clean, cool and comfortable waiting room if you choose to stay like I did. Most importantly, experienced and honest owners plus mechanics you can trust. We’ll be back.
