I ended up taking my 2020 Lexus RC  in to Griffths because my dealership told me I needed a repair and it was going to cost over $3k!  I was concerned it was an over diagnosis and the techs at Griffiths explained what the dealership repair was and why it was recommended. But they also shares it wasn’t a dire situation and would cost leas than $1k with them. Is there ever a good time for AC failure in Florida? I’m sure you know the answer is no. As someone who spent more than 15 years working at various car repair shops, of course I felt uneasy taking my daughters vehicle to someone else’s repair shop. But I am not in the shop any longer. Well thanks to Luis and his team my daughter’s car has a new AC system and her ride is comfortable again. It was quick and Luis was sure that the line of communication is always open. I was on a road trip, 300 miles from home and 550 miles from my destination. After waiting 3+ hours for a tow truck (not their fault), the folks here took really good care of my 4Runner and got me back on the road that evening. What really impressed me was that about 5 days later, they called to make sure there were no lingering issues with my vehicle. When I returned home from my trip, I received a postcard from them simply thanking me for my business. I stress simple, but it speaks volumes when a business genuinely shows gratitude toward their customers. Although I HOPE I never need to take my vehicle there again, if I breakdown on another roadtrip, I would prefer to be within towable distance to this shop.

I have believed for most of my life, that an honest mechanic did not exist. I am 60 years old. But after taking my car to Griffis Automotive,  I can from my heart say, I have found the one.
